Why parents choose MSC Girls Academy

Why MSC?

Most football coaching focuses on extra sessions, extra touches and extra drills.

At MSC Girls Academy, we believe technical coaching is only part of the picture.

We combine elite technical development with confidence, resilience, game intelligence and a positive learning environment to help girls become more capable footballers and enjoy the game for longer.

We don't simply coach football. We develop confident, intelligent and technically capable players.

My daughter feels seen, supported and challenged. The individual feedback has helped her understand her game, not just complete another training session.

MSC Girls Academy founder Stuart Carbery coaching young female footballers

Our Story

Meet the Founder.

MSC Academy was created because I wanted girls in our local community to have access to high-quality football coaching that focuses on the technical fundamentals every player needs.

Throughout my coaching journey I've seen talented players held back — not through a lack of effort or enthusiasm — but simply because they haven't always had the opportunity to develop the core technical habits that build confidence and enjoyment.

I wanted to create an academy where girls could improve their first touch, passing, movement, decision-making and overall understanding of the game within a positive, supportive environment.

Every session is designed with long-term player development in mind.

My aim is simple:To help every player leave training more confident, more capable and excited to keep improving.

I look forward to welcoming you to MSC Academy and being part of your daughter's football journey.
